(BDO) – On the morning of March 5, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the MIDORI PARK The NEST project in Binh Duong Ward. The event was attended by Mr. Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, along with leaders of Thu Dau Mot City.
MIDORI PARK The NEST is developed on a site of approximately 11,000 square meters, comprising two residential towers rising up to 25 stories and offering a total of 972 apartments. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026 and marks the fifth residential development within the MIDORI PARK urban area.
Mr. Oh Dongkun, General Director of Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd., stated that the company remains committed to advancing urban development in Binh Duong New City by leveraging its extensive experience gained from the Tokyu Tama Den-en Toshi urban model in suburban Tokyo, Japan. This approach contributes to the sustainable growth and long-term prosperity of Binh Duong Province.
