On March 5, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Developer, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd., solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the high-end apartment project MIDORI PARK The NEST in Binh Duong New City.
With a total construction investment of up to VND 1,400 billion, the project is expected to become a new architectural and lifestyle icon in the heart of Bình Dương New City.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of representatives from the Japanese Consulate General in Vietnam, Japanese business associations, Bình Dương provincial authorities, the Developer, Central’s Board of Management, along with partners, customers, and staff from all participating parties.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ono Masuo, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, shared:
